At Naveen Emporium, we take pride in the quality of our pure silk garments and premium apparel. Each piece is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return/exchange if:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product is damaged or defective on delivery.

Conditions:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email/phone.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Silk & delicate garments once worn or altered.
• Customized or tailored items.
• Sale or discounted products.
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling (washing errors, stains, cuts, etc.).

3. Return Process

2. Share images/videos of the product issue.
3. Once approved, we will arrange return pickup (where serviceable) or request you to ship it back.
4. After inspection, we will confirm eligibility for refund/exchange.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).

5. Exchanges

• If eligible, you may request an exchange for the same product or another item of equal value (subject to stock availability).

6. International Orders

• At present, international orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges due to logistics constraints.
