- Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the delicate nature of silk and garments, returns are accepted only in case of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged/defective product (reported within 48 hours of delivery)
- Products must be unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
- Customized, tailored, or sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days.
